First Christmas card for 2015 !!

Hi Crafty Bloggers

It's snowing outside with a pretty blanket of snow !! perfect for being in the mood for some festive crafting.. being more organised regarding this years Christmas cards.. I am trying to make one a month  just like my bloggy friend !

This is my first attempt at trying a different stamp company for awhile other than Magnolia  and I really enjoyed colouring her . She is Marci from La La crafts .

I have coloured her with distress inks I just loved how big she is !!

I used liquid pearls and stickles stardust glue for the snowflake garland and bows on her hair.

I have used The Magnolia doohickey tree with pom pom trim and added shabby mini bells. The clock is from Marriane and The view finder is by La La Land crafts and the bow from Magnolia ... The papers are from Pion from LLC as with the vintage straw and stamens.

I hope you like her as much as I do and thank you for visiting <3

Merry Christmas Crafty Friends

Hi Crafty Bloggers

I hope you are all having a wonderful Christmas with your loved ones and are enjoying all the festivities . I have made my last Christmas card for this year using Magnolia's snowy house stamp coloured with distress ink pads .

I have used snowtex for all the snow enjoyed getting messy lol

I have used Maja design papers on papermill linen card with a spellbinders die .

I have used pine cones dipped in Viva decor chalky paint and then dipped in glamour dust glitter with some ruffle ribbon . The poinsettia die is from La La Land crafts with some Mellissa Francis pearls  and pearl button lace at the top.

When I was using distress inks to colour the frame the card underneath had such a lovely pattern with the inks that I used it to cut out the memory box mittens die and Magnolia snowflake die from the Christmas doohickey club.

I hope you like my card and I would like to enter it into the following super challenges

I wanted to also show you an Ikea frame I painted with Viva Decor paints and used a SVD image of this lovely vintage santa. I decorated around the frame with my favourite dies and some snowtex.

I hope you all have a fantastic Christmas and A Very Happy 2015 !!
See you all in the New Year ;0)

Another Christmas Card

Hi Crafty Bloggers

Hope you have been enjoying the Christmas preparations and are all ready for the big day . Here is another Christmas card using Swirly Tilda . I was so lucky to win a Magnolia prize from Sweden and this was one of the gorgeous stamps . I have coloured her with distress ink pads and reinkers onto langton cold press paper. I have added some shabby white frantage around her and some liquid pearl dots. The card base is made from papermill Linen card . The stunning papers are From Maja design A Gift for you . I have used doohickey dies for the layers and covered them in snowtex after being distressed with the Tim Holtz distressing tool .

I have used dies from the Christmas Doohickey club and added some more snowtex and some Wild orchid craft roses that have been coloured using inks with the blending tool.  Also made a tiny Christmas card..
so cute <3

more magnolia dies and some frosted berries
and pearl brad with a tiny piece of cheesecloth just under the wings.

I hope you like my card <3

Recipe Book Box card

Hi Crafty Bloggers

Hope you are all looking forward to Christmas's nearly here Whoop Whoop. I saw a post and thought what a fantastic idea that would go with using the Christmas doohickey club dies .

I have added this bookplate using more of the designer papers inside with some string pearls around and graphic 45 brads at either side . Underneath there is some cheesecloth for texture and hanging are some mini bells and trumpet charm on some coats thick thread.

I have started with papermill linen card for the base and then added these stunningdesigner papers from Live & Love crafts with some blue shabby embossing powder.

I have used the papers for the dies and added some pearl brads and diamantes.

I have added some beautiful pearl button lace and made a little scroll from paper and distressed with ink and finally added a prima embellishment , pine cone and pearl pin

the tap embellishment is from prima and the rolling pin from my bloggy friend

Here I have added some wooden cutlery from my local craft shop and bottle cap from LLC finished with some miniature bells .

The inside has been decorated with lace and more of the beautiful papers

and a magnolia doohickey snowflake die

I made recipe cards to pull out at each side

Finally I added a pocket inside with Magnolia doohickey teal labels and jolly tag and decorated the front with Magnolia doohickey bow die and some mini pom pom trim.

I hope  like my recipe box I had so much fun making it especially
